- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped

- Extra buffalo sauce for drizzling
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir well until the chicken is evenly coated. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
Step 2: Prepare the Flatbread
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). If using a skillet, heat it over medium heat.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet or a pizza stone. Lightly brush each with olive oil for extra crispiness.
Step 3: Assemble the Flatbread
- Spread a thin layer of the creamy sauce (if using) evenly over the flatbreads.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce.
- Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture on top.
- Add the remaining cheese and crumbled blue cheese (if using).
Step 4: Bake the Flatbread
- Place the flatbreads in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.
- If using a skillet, cook the flatbread over medium heat for about 5 minutes, covering it with a lid to help melt the cheese.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
- Remove the flatbread from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Drizzle extra buffalo sauce and ranch or blue cheese dressing over the top.
- Sprinkle with red onions, green onions, and fresh cilantro or parsley.
- Slice and serve immediately!
