Creating Chicken Egg Rolls is a fun and straightforward process. Follow these steps for a delicious result:

1. Cook Chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until fully browned.

2. Add Vegetables: Stir in the shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.

3. Season: Add minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes more. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

4. Prepare Wrappers: Lay one egg roll wrapper on a clean, flat surface, oriented like a diamond (point facing you).

5. Fill Wrapper: Place 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture near the center of the wrapper.

6. Fold: Fold the bottom point over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll the wrapper tightly, sealing the top with a dab of water.
