  • Author: Olivia
  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

For the Fruit Salad:

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes (red or green), halved
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced (add just before serving)

For the Honey-Lime Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds (for extra crunch)
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut (for a tropical twist)
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh mint leaves (for extra freshness)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Fruits

Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries, halve the grapes, dice the pineapple and mango, peel and slice the kiwi, and slice the banana (if using).

Step 2: Make the Honey-Lime Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.

Step 3: Toss the Salad

Place all the prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the top and gently toss everything together to coat the fruit evenly.

Step 4: Chill and Serve

For best results, let the salad chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and enhances the natural sweetness of the fruit. Serve immediately and enjoy!
