Optional Garnishes and Dipping Sauces:

 - Ranch dressing

 - Spicy mayo

Instructions
1. Prepare the Cheese Cubes
- Cut a block of mozzarella into 1-inch cubes, or halve pre-cut cheese sticks for uniform pieces. Place them on a plate and freeze for 15–20 minutes. This prevents the cheese from melting too quickly while frying.

2. Crush the Doritos
- Place the Doritos in a resealable plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin until they form fine crumbs. Alternatively, use a food processor for a more uniform texture. Transfer the crumbs to a shallow bowl.

3. Set Up the Breading Station
- Prepare three shallow bowls:
- Bowl 1: Flour for the first coating.
 - Bowl 2: Beaten eggs mixed with milk.
 - Bowl 3: Crushed Doritos for the final coating.

4. Coat the Cheese
- Roll each frozen cheese cube in flour, ensuring it is fully coated. Shake off any excess.
 - Dip the floured cube into the egg mixture, letting the excess drip off.
 - Roll the cheese in the crushed Doritos, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs. For an extra-crispy coating, repeat steps 2 and 3 for a second layer.

5. Heat the Oil
- In a deep frying pan or saucepan, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Use a thermometer to maintain a consistent temperature.

6. Fry the Cheese Stuffed Doritos
- Fry the coated cheese cubes in batches, about 4–5 at a time, for 1–2 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
 - Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

7. Serve and Enjoy
- Transfer the Fried Cheese Stuffed Doritos to a serving platter. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
