  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the marinade
In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and cumin (if using). The marinade should be creamy, fragrant, and slightly tangy.

Step 2: Marinate the chicken
Add the chicken tenders to the bowl and toss until fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for maximum flavor. If you’re short on time, even 30 minutes will make a difference.

Step 3: Choose your cooking method
You can grill, pan-sear, or bake these—choose your favorite:

  • Grill: Preheat to medium-high. Oil the grates, then grill tenders for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred.

  • Pan-sear: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook tenders 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

  • Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.

Step 4: Rest and serve
Let the tenders rest for 3–5 minutes after cooking. Garnish with fresh parsley or dill and serve with your favorite Greek sides—pita, salad, rice, or tzatziki.
