- Apple slices (tossed in lemon juice to prevent browning)
- Pineapple chunks
- Grapes
- Kiwi slices
- Pear slices
- Banana chunks
- Melon cubes
- Berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
Instructions
1. Soften the Cream Cheese
- Let cream cheese sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes to soften. This ensures a smooth dip without lumps.
2. Blend Base Ingredients
- In a medium bowl, add the softened cream cheese and whisk or beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add Greek yogurt and continue to blend until fully incorporated and fluffy.
3. Sweeten and Flavor
- Add honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using). Mix thoroughly to combine.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
4. Optional Enhancements
- Stir in lemon zest or a pinch of nutmeg/cardamom if you want extra dimension in flavor.
5. Chill Before Serving (Optional)
- For best flavor and texture, chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
- However, it can be served immediately if you’re short on time.
6. Serve with Fresh Fruit
- Transfer the dip to a small serving bowl and place it at the center of a fruit platter.
- Drizzle extra honey on top and garnish with crushed nuts or zest if desired.
