Instructions
Step 1: Preheat and prepare

Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners
Step 2: Mix dry ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt

Set aside
Step 3: Cream butter and sugar

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy

Mix for about 3–4 minutes using a hand or stand mixer
Step 4: Add eggs and vanilla
