1. Start by adding 1/4 cup of hummus to the bottom of the mason jar.
2. Layer the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, and carrot sticks vertically in the jar.
3. Place whole grain pita bread triangles on top or in a separate compartment if using a two-part jar.
Turkey and Cheese Lunchable
1. Begin with a layer of turkey slices at the bottom of the jar.
2. Add cheese cubes next, stacking them neatly.
