Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Steak Patties
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
- In a bowl, season the shaved ribeye steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to ensure even seasoning.
- Once the pan is hot, add the seasoned steak in small portions, flattening it slightly with a spatula. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and slightly crispy at the edges.
- Once cooked, remove the steak from the pan and set it aside.
Step 2: Make the Creamy Breakfast Sauce
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, smoked paprika, and sugar.
- Stir well until smooth and fully mixed.
- Set the sauce aside for later assembly.
Step 3: Cook the Eggs
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit for a few seconds. Then, gently stir with a spatula, folding the eggs over themselves until they form a soft, fluffy texture.
- Once fully cooked but still soft, remove from heat.
Step 4: Toast the Bagels
- Spread butter on the inside of each bagel half.
- Place them face down in a hot pan or toaster and cook until golden brown and slightly crispy.
Step 5: Assemble the Sandwich
- Spread a generous layer of creamy breakfast sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bagel.
- Place a slice of American cheese on top.
- Add the steak patty over the cheese, followed by the scrambled eggs.
- Cover with the top half of the bagel and gently press down.
