Instructions

Prepare the Carrots:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and Cut: Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks, about ¼ inch thick and 3-4 inches long, resembling French fries. Try to keep the pieces uniform for even cooking.

Season the Carrots:
