Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough

- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg to the flour. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough: Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- First rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Step 2: Prepare the Strawberry Cheesecake Filling
- Mix the cheesecake filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Prepare strawberries: Toss diced strawberries with cornstarch to prevent excess moisture.
